You Built Your Career on Competence

You've Done Everything Right.

You built your career on delivering results. Your team trusts you. Your colleagues rely on you. And yet something has shifted.

You watch people with fewer results and more fluff move up faster. You feel underestimated, passed over. You've been told you're "too precise," or that you need to work on your presence, and you can't quite work out what that means. Maybe you tell yourself you're just not political enough. Or maybe you wonder if you need to be someone other than who you are.

Here's what's actually happening: competence is essential. It got you here. But at senior leadership level, competence alone is no longer enough.

The dynamics that shape how you are heard, recognised, and advanced operate by rules you were never taught. Most capable women leaders never receive explicit mentorship in these dynamics. The good news is this is not a personality trait. It's a gap and opportunity in your leadership development, and it's entirely learnable.

That is exactly what Speak Up, Stand Out is designed to address.

Real Talk: What Gets in the Way

You’re not alone if you’ve ever thought...

"I'll invest in this when things calm down."

But the truth is, later rarely comes. The leaders who get recognised show up and do the work, even when it's busy.

"My results should speak for themselves."

They do speak. Just not always in the language the room is listening for. That's exactly what this programme teaches you.

"I've tried speaking up and it backfired."

Many women discover that a small, precise shift in how they communicate completely changes how people respond.

This is why every part of Speak Up, Stand Out is designed to meet you where you are, and help you keep showing up, even when life gets full.

Relationships take time to build.

I've been coaching and training for decades, and what I've seen, working with hundreds of women, is that from the moment you say yes to when you see the results – perhaps a new role, a long-sought promotion, support for a transformation project, or a deep rethink of what you really want next – takes commitment.

The women who get results – who become the go-to leaders – do two things differently:

Your Options:

You can join for a minimum of six months, or commit to the full twelve-month journey. Both options give you access to the complete SUSO communication programme.

If you are ready to go further once your communication foundations are solid, the twelve-month programme expands into the leadership dimensions that position you at the most senior level: strategic presence, emotional regulation, authentic visibility, and how you are perceived and trusted when the stakes are highest. Women who complete the twelve months carry themselves differently. They are the leaders whose judgment is trusted, who navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with confidence, and who are genuinely seen as leaders who can be directive when necessary and hold psychological safety with ease.

There are also options to add private coaching when you join. Spaces are limited.

Private coaching with me is a space where women leaders can show up fully, no masks, no pressure to perform, no judgment, and safely explore the parts of themselves they want to grow or transform. It is a space of deep trust and radical honesty, where personal evolution happens at the pace and depth that is right for you.

LEVEL 1:  COMMUNICATION MASTERY

The six-month programme is perfect if you are ready to build the core communication and influence skills that change how you are heard and recognised. You will master the six SUSO modules with live coaching, practical frameworks, and applied practice in real situations.

In Months 1-6 you will:

  • Master the six powerful SUSO communication modules
  • Build instant rapport and get agreement without pushback
  • Walk into difficult conversations with ease and confidence
  • Learn language patterns that open people up and shift perspective
  • Use storytelling and metaphor to get others on board with your ideas
  • Begin applying these skills with growing confidence in your real leadership context

Investment:

  • CHF 3,250 paid in full, or
  • 6 x CHF 550 per month

Option:

  • Focused Support: 3 x 60-minute private coaching sessions with Sima, CHF 1,500

LEVEL 2:  COMMUNICATION MASTERY AND LEADERSHIP AUTHORITY

The twelve-month journey is for you if you are committed to building your communication foundations and then expanding into broader leadership authority. In the first four months, you master the SUSO frameworks completely. From month five, the programme expands into strategic presence, emotional regulation, visibility, and positioning at senior level.

You get everything from Level 1, plus in Months 5 to 12, you will:

  • Join monthly mastermind and group coaching sessions for deeper reflection and mentorship
  • Attend additional themed training sessions on emotional regulation, authentic visibility, strategic positioning, pitching, performance management, and boundary-setting at senior level
  • Submit a question every two weeks and receive a personal video response from Sima, tailored directly to your situation
  • Access the full Executive Reflections training library, so you can develop any skill on demand without waiting for your next session
  • Embed the SUSO techniques into muscle and mind memory so they are available when it matters most
  • Be seen as a leader whose judgment, presence, and influence are trusted at the highest level

  • CHF 5,900 paid in full, or
  • 4 x CHF 1490 quarterly
  • 12 x CHF 500 monthly

  • Deep Dive: 8 x 60-minute private coaching sessions with Sima, CHF 3,500

Real Results from Women Leaders Who Have Experienced Speak Up & Stand Out

The women who join Speak Up and Stand Out have already built strong careers.

They are respected for their expertise and trusted by their teams. Once they begin to understand how influence and conversation actually work, many notice changes surprisingly quickly.

They also find they do not need to change who they are to connect with stakeholders and position their work at the level it deserves.

“The tools and skills work.”

“I realised there is a structure for handling situations.”

“I gained practical frameworks to influence and manage conflict.”

“Why couldn’t I have learned this 20 years ago?”

“I was able to re-enter the job market and rebuild my career.”

Hear directly from women who have experienced the programme:

I'll be honest. Speak Up, Stand Out is not for everyone.

This is not the right fit if:

  • You are looking for a quick fix or a single workshop.
  • You are not yet in a leadership role or not yet working in a professional environment.
  • You are not willing to practise and apply what you learn between sessions.
  • You want someone to tell you the system is broken and leave it there.

You are in the right place if:

  • You are a woman director or senior leader in STEM, finance, law, academia, or another analytical field.
  • You have been told you are "too direct," or given vague feedback like "work on your presence."
  • You are delivering strong results but not seeing them reflected in how you are recognised or rewarded.
  • You are serious about your own development and ready to invest real time and attention in it.
  • You want specific frameworks and practised skills you can apply immediately, not theory.
  • You are open to small but precise shifts in how you communicate, without changing who you fundamentally are.
  • You believe that authenticity and integrity are the foundation of the kind of leadership you want to be known for.

And this is where many women begin to notice the real difference.

Many women leaders find that this continuity makes a significant difference.

Instead of trying to apply ideas on your own after a short training, you can bring real situations into the programme as they unfold. This may involve preparing for an important conversation, navigating a difficult stakeholder relationship, managing a challenging workplace dynamic, or stepping into a new leadership role.

Over time, this ongoing support allows the techniques to move beyond theory and become part of how you naturally communicate, make decisions, and lead.

Frequently Asked Questions

My organisation might fund this. How does that work?

I am very busy. How much time does this require each week?

I have tried things like this before and not seen results. Why would this be different?

I am not sure whether the six-month or twelve-month programme is right for me.

What if my situation is quite specific, for example a very technical field or a particular cultural dynamic at work?

What if my workplace is genuinely difficult, or I'm already close to burning out?

When does the programme start?

You Have Already Done the Hard Part

You spent years delivering results that should have opened every door.

You sat in rooms where your ideas were overlooked. You received feedback that felt more like criticism of your personality than guidance for your growth.

And you are still here. Still leading. Still committed to doing this well.

What you have not yet had is a precise, practical framework and skill set for the exact dynamics you are navigating.

That is what Speak Up, Stand Out gives you.

Not a new personality. Not a mask to wear. Just six specific skills, practised and embedded, that let the leader inside you be seen, heard, and recognised

One of the women in the most recent cohort put it simply: she realised she did not have to be a different kind of leader. Who she was, was fundamentally okay. She just needed a few small, intentional changes in how she approached certain conversations, and the recognition she had long deserved followed faster than she imagined.

That is what is available to you here.
